Learning Environment Advancing Practice (LEAP)

LEAP into your Nursing Career at Havasu Regional Medical Center 

For New Graduate or New to Hospital Setting Registered Nurses

  • Classroom Training: 4 hours/week for 16 weeks

       Discussions and Lectures include: Time Management, Critical Thinking,

       Crucial Conversations, EKG Interpretation, ACLS, PALS, PEDS & more...

  •   Preceptor Orientation: 36 hours/week for 12-16 weeks

       Additional Education is offered for 1 Year

Graduates should apply for the LEAP Program during their 4th Semester at
