The interdisciplinary team cares for those individuals recovering from surgery, illness or injury. Our range of services includes wound care, specialty beds, IV therapy, physical, occupational and speech therapy. The Skilled Nursing Unit offers 24 hour nursing care, a therapeutic dining program, social services, recreation programs, social & holiday events, complete transition planning and case management.
